• Fill in the simple send Form.

• Hand over the form, the money and the fee and ID as required depending on transfer size. ID Requirements

• The transaction will be instantly processed and you will receive the Reference Number and your receipt.

• Your money has now been sent and is ready to receive (subject to local restrictions at the point of collection)

• Passing on the reference number to the recipient ensures that the money can be received with the minimum of fuss.

Receive Money:

Receiving Money is just as easy.

• Go to your local MoneyGram® location.

• Fill in the simple Receive Form, include the Reference Number provided by the Sender

• Present your Passport/ID

• Assuming that the money has been sent – collect your money and transaction statement
