• For all send or receiving transactions.

• This promotion is organized by Money Transfer International UK (the "Organizer") and shall run from 15th September 2008 to 16th November 2008, or until stocks end, whichever occurs first (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period may be extended or reduced by the Organizer without prior notice.

• This promotion shall apply to MoneyGram® transactions sent or received in Ireland during the Promotion Period. The nature of the iPOD and call card may be changed by the Organizer without prior notice.

• In the event of any dispute regarding this promotion the Organizer’s decision shall be final.

• Neither the Organizer nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered hereunder.

• Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Money Transfer International UK reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners in any publicity.

• Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Money Transfer International UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's private consent.

• If we think an entrant hasn’t complied with these terms and conditions, the entrant may be disqualified. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish Law.
